As a long time, (45 years+), scuba diver and underwater videographer, I have tried many housing for all types of cameras and few for mobile phones. This one is not a toy. it gives you access to all controls and functions. Screen buttons are responsive. Still have to try underwater. I know it is not for scuba diving but it will be great on a boat or a beach, even by the pool not worrying to risk to drop on concrete or in the pool.

Given as a gift to an avid diver/photographer.
IMHO phone/Case combination gives a better picture than a GoPro.
Although sometimes the autofocus underwater triggers on the wrong things, all up this has proven a great gift.

Used this cover with my phone when holiday in great barrier reef. Had heaps of fun and great memories when snorkeling in outer reef locations. Took heaps to photos and vedios in the water. Managed to capture the moments when spotting turtle, stingray a other marine creatures. Strongly recommend it!

Was undecided between the waterproof official Huawei case or the generic plastic pouch. So glad I decided on the case. In my bucket test the paper towel was still dry after one hour of immersion. Haven't taken it snorkling yet but had it sloshing round the bottom of a kayak and felt confident I wasn't going to destroy my expensive phone. Arrived very quickly from London to rural New Zealand.

Bought it for casual diving with my new Huawei P30 Pro to take some underwater video and photos. The case is sturdy and well designed with quality material. The metal trimming around glass panel makes it look more rugged and solid.

Quality item as with all underwater cameras though. The barrier the water creates between your finger and the screen makes immediate playback hard so to use as a teaching aid as I do I have to undo the case to access the phone to select playback etc so kind of defeats the object. Clear though on the whole. Sometimes takes a while to find focus underwater but that is more a phone issue I think.
Underwater feature only allows video in normal speed where I often need to use the slow mo feature to get the results I'm after sk again I have to select this from the main screen which makes it a bit hit and miss

It may make the phone extremely large, but we have used it in the sea to take photos and videos underwater whilst snorkeling and it works brilliantly, didn't even bother getting the GoPro out as it was as good quality.
