I would have liked to know an approximate date of delivery for my phone case, ordered and paid for on 27 August 2022.

I have now had to purchase a new case and request a refund please.

This case, is really nice, is not too bulky and looks good. My only complaint would be the back of the case that surrounds the camera lenses is quite thin and is not stuck to the back of the casing.

I was a bit wary about ordering this case. I almost always use the Otterbox Strada, but its high cost, plus a lot of negative reviews for the new model, inspired me to look for something comparable. After literally weeks of searching, comparing features and prices, and reading reviews that I questioned the validity of, I saw this one in an article. I was nervous about its lack of reviews, but I ordered it with the thought that I might use it while I looked for a more permanent case (I didn’t think it would be a long-term accessory due to its low cost, which says quite a bit about upselling these days, not to mention marketing). I ended up being very pleasantly surprised by the case’s quality, and abandoned any other attempts at trying to sort through the more expensive options. The material is sturdy, and the design is perfect for my phone (one thing I noticed in the reviews of other cases was the ill fit on the new iPhone). It’s not as hard as my strada, but I don’t mind that. If I could change anything about it, it would be the clasp, as it tends to irritate my fingers when I use the phone, even if I close it backward and fold the clasp over, but this is a minor issue and possibly says that I am on my phone too much. Overall, this was an excellent purchase, and I am very pleased with it.
