Great service and delivery. Case is exactly as described - you do need to follow the instructions and increase screen sensitivity when the screen protector is fitted. This then works perfectly (as normal) except at the extreme edges on the curved screen edge - then, a little more - but not much - pressure needs to be applied. Overall, VERY happy with my purchase.

I wanted to know whether the gkass screen protector measures up and provides protection to my S9+ from accidental falls and scratches.
Also I wsnted to know does it fit easy.
The answer to my questions is it does. Just make sure you folliw the fitting instrructions very carefully and the glass protector will stick on perfectly.

Case is nice fits well, the screen protector fits well just not on the curved edges it interrupts the keyboard it was OK for the first to days had to up the sensitivity on the touch screen as requested but still wouldn't work properly so after a week I took it off currently using nothing

The screen protector is great on the screen, and actually helps keep the screen cleaner, but it reduced the sensitivity of the screen (even after changing settings) so I had to press quite hard to use phone functions ..... particularly towards the edge of the screen. Very frustrating!
Whilst I love the protection of the screen from scratches and cracks the frustration of inhibiting touch screen functionality has forced me to remove. This may not be a problem for others

The case is great, fits well and has a great look to it. On the other hand the accompanying screen protector im not happy with. I have to press multiple times for my phone to type, even with increase sensitivity. For example I wil no tp mor thn oce.
In that sentence I said "I will not tap more than once" and that I the main issue. Other than that the case is great

The back part to the case is perfect, slim, great fit, easy to remove and clean. The glass is very well made, it fits well, offers great protection but you lose a little sensitivity in the corners of the screen which makes pulling down notifications a hit and miss affair. That said its really good, just not quite perfect.

I have had this product now for approx. 4 weeks, I work in construction so I wanted all round protection for my s9+ .
The case is a good fit but I think the screen protector lets it down, it had broke at the edge within a week with taking no noticable knocks or bangs and has now got dust between the protector and the phone screen.

Case itself is ok'ish although fitting could be tighter.

Screen Protector is slightly too small and doesn't quite fit correctly. Adhesive at the back of the protector doesn't seal tight and now it makes a clicking noise when pressing from the top of the screen. Protector will go to bin as soon as I get a better fitting one from another manufacturer.

Overall: Disappointed. Dont waste your money.

I was a little wary of using this item. However, it fitted both easily and perfectly. It was the easiest screen protector I've ever fitted and does not leave any 'bubbles' whatsoever. It hasn't affected the use of the touchscreen either.

The actual case it's great, good and nice rubber material, good grip and fitting on the device.
If I was reviewing just the case I would give 5 out of 5.
On the other hand the screen protector is too small for the display and on the edges of the screen don't stay as it should.
If the purpose of buying this product is the screen protector, don't buy it.
