Case comes with instructions inside and outside, a cloth in a bag, a 'seal' on the screen. Makes for a very helpful and complete package. While this isn't essential, the attention to detail speaks for the manufacturer and thought behind it. The case itself is perfectly formed for the iPhone XR and is sturdy where it's needed to be. Closing the case takes a wee bit of clicking shut, which affirms the quality of the case and gives confidence. To open, you use the tool provided (or another implement) to twist open the case on the corners. I bought this to transport my phone around the mountains with me and for that it's perfect. It's not too bulky but gives a good sense of protection. Can't imagine a much better case, although I've yet to drop it or throw it into a loch...
