This is a great I phone case. Being a digger driver my husband needed a good strong decent case to protect his phone from damage, this one is brilliant and well worth the money.

I thought I had read on site that it was IP 66 or IP67 making it waterproof on arrival this disappointed me although it may be my mistake please advise if there is a otterbox waterproof case for the iPhone 7 as I am a water sports instructor by profession / I do not need a belt clip although a lanyard point is usfull

Feels strong and secure once the phone is fitted inside. Trying to determine how to open the case from the limited picture instructions was tricky. It only became apparent after looking on youtube and when open fitting the phone was straightforward. If the enclosed instructions were more clear then it would have got 5 stars. The built in screen protector adds to the appeal of this rugged yet well contoured case. All the necessary apertures and buttons line up perfectly. There are ant-slip mouldings around the perimeter to ensure a firm grip when handling the phone. I have used other defender series covers from Otterbox in the past and found them to give excellent protection. This latest case looks as good if not better than previous ones.

Yes it might be a bit bulky but the piece of mind this gives me is amazing. This is my 3rd iphone and with every upgrade I get an otter box defender. I can't tell you how many times I have dropped it, and all my phones have survived looking like new after 2 years. Don't get seduced by pretty cases, these phones are expensive and if like me vital to your work you need to know they are protected, buy one, you won't regret it.

There are various versions of Otterbox. The Defender gives significant protection and I am pleased with quality of construction. The overall size and weight of the phone in this case is acceptable to me considering the benefits. I am not so sure that I would feel so comfortable with the plus version of the iPhone fitted with an Otterbox - though if you happen to be female and have a handbag then maybe it would be OK.

I bought for my IPhone 8 as didn’t want to risk any scratches. The case fits well and offers great protection. It does add some bulk, so if you don’t want anything to take away the feel of the phone then this case Isn’t for you. If you want a case that offers exceptional protection yet still allows full functionality then go for this, you won’t be disappointed.

Once again Otterbox have made a stella case, the fit is fantastic, you can easily access all one port! and the buttons are easy to press and the finger print sensor works flawlessly....
Theres no issues with call quality as all mic and speakers are uncovered apart the obvious added bulk which i personally think is just fine, but other have moaned about, maybe I'm just used to it having had otterbox since the 4 or 3G i forget now.
Kinda wish they did the same colours and such that the US has but minor detail in the grand scheme of things

Terrific case. It's a bit fiddly to install your phone as the mounded rubber back and sides are tight to remove, I suggest a bank card to wedge apart and then remove. If you like the speak look of the iPhone 7 then this case isn't for you. If however you want a really well protected phone, then this is by far my favourite to date. I've dropped my phone a few times and my heart hasn't sunk once!

I've had two previous models of Defender, one for iPhone 5 and the other for an iPhone 6. Both the cases for these are still going strong and more importantly, both devices are in A grade condition. No marks, nothing.
Bearing in mind my Ranger job entails dry-stone walling, fencing, working in atrocious weather and generally being in places where you wouldn't really want to take a premium phone these cases are worth every penny. The drop protection is so valuable too.
The latest Defender feels so much better than previous versions. The tightness of the external rubber protection is super tight. The case in general feels smaller than an iPhone 6 case which is good.
I wouldn't use my iPhone without one. Apparently, there are other colours available but these suffer from colour transference.
